Always in place, this dual-defense swing door provides 24-hour passive flood protection (no human intervention is required to deploy it) and fire protection (90-minute fire rated – positive pressure endurance test criteria per UL10C) while still allowing convenient access. Fire Rated Flood Doors feature the lowest leakage rate in the industry, with independent-party-witnessed factory testing to 3′ and 20′ water protection heights (and 50% less leakage than the ANSI/FM 2510 Section 4.3.3 standard; hardware included).
