Full-Time Manufacturing (e.g., Assembly & Packaging, Hoop Cell, Powder Coat, etc.)

Position Title: Full-Time Manufacturing

Reports to: Shift Supervisor

Various Positions & Job Functions:

Assembly & Packaging:

  • Assemble product components using mechanical fasteners
  • Package products using proper materials to safely ship to customers
  • Package and crate products using general carpentry skills and methods
  • Assist in loading and unloading of products and other general warehouse functions

Hoop Cell Operator:

  • Cut tube steel to required lengths with appropriate equipment
  • Operate punch press with tooling to pierce holes in tube ends
  • Operate robotic welder

Powder Coat:

  • Powder coat all parts per job specifications and standards
  • Monitor, maintain, and clean the powder coating system to ensure proper function

Cut & Form:

  • Cut/fabricate raw material as directed by manufacturing drawings and cut lists

Box & Ship/Safety Assembly:

  • Complete orders on time per ship list and work instructions
  • Assemble products components using power and hand tools
  • Package products using proper materials to safely ship to customers

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to use measuring devices, hand tools, and power tools
  • Skill in reading, writing, and math relative to construction drawings, work orders, shipping reports, and other job-related functions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to operate a table saw, sliding miter saw, forklift, and other carpentry tools
  • Basic carpentry skills and mechanical knowledge relative to building construction and/or manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and walk with loads up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of scheduled shift
